I offer an initial consultation for £50 where you can discuss your needs, learn a bit about the way I work and we can make a plan as to how best I can help you. If you decide you don’t want to continue, or if I am not the right therapist for you, I can help you with ongoing referrals. My fees are benchmarked against other similarly trained psychotherapists working in the same location. As a guide, fees for individuals start from £90 and for couples from £120. If you have private health insurance, you may be able to fund some or all of your therapy through your health insurance policy. I work with, and am an approved provider of, a number of medical insurers including BUPA, Aviva and Vitality Health.
